DAC aseismatic series pot bearing

Dacheng aseismatic series pot bearing of highway bridge is designed apply to highway,railway and light rail bridge of not more than 8 magnitude earthquake zone.

Fixed type aseismatic pot bearing is composed of top board、vibration damper steel plate、sealing ring、rubber plate、base plate、damping rubber ring.There is a damper silding surface,which is formed by stainless steel plate under the top board and the stainless steel plate up the vibration damper steel plate.The seismic pot bearing can support horizontal force,which is 20% of the vertical bearing capacity. In the horizontal direction, the energy is decreased through the sliding of the stainless steel plates when earthquake occurs ;in the vertical direction, the damping rubber ring also produce damping to reduce the energy of the earthquake,which make the bearings reduce the energy in both horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the bridge.

In order to suit to the beam body expansion ,the structure of guided sliding seismic pot bearing is designed to add an intermediate steel plate and polyfluortetraethylene plate on the basic of the fixed seismic pot bearing .The expansion of the beam body is acted by the sliding movement of the intermediate steel plate and the polyfluorttraethylene.

The guide structure of DX aseismatic pot bearing can also satisfy the side bending deformation.
